Meet Karen

Welcome! I’m Karen, a passionate practitioner of crystal healing and chakra balancing. My journey began over 12 years ago when I was facing a personal illness and searching for natural ways to heal and prevent relapse. What started with essential oils and angel cards quickly grew into a deep exploration of chakras and crystals.

I discovered that crystals weren’t just beautiful, but they could shift energy, raise vibrations and open new pathways to healing. The experience was transformative. Inspired by this, I trained as an advanced practitioner and eventually became a Master Crystal Teacher. Along the way, I also discovered my true calling: sharing this wisdom with others.

Today, with more than a decade of experience in holistic healing, I’m dedicated to helping others unlock their potential, restore balance and reconnect with their inner wisdom. My greatest joy comes from guiding people on their journey, whether they are just beginning to explore energy work or seeking to deepen their practice.

I believe healing is not a solitary path. My workshops and courses are designed to create a safe, supportive and nurturing space. A place where people can learn, grow and transform together.

And the support doesn’t end when a workshop finishes. Ongoing guidance and community are always available, so no one ever walks their path alone.

I’m honoured to be a member and accredited trainer with the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM)— one of the largest independent professional accreditation boards for holistic and spiritual training.

  • On completion, you’ll have the option to gain your own IPHM membership, joining a worldwide community of like-minded holistic practitioners.

Workshop FAQs

  • No experience is required for Level 1 as it’s designed for beginners and anyone drawn to crystals. Levels 2 and 3 require completion of the previous levels.

    • Level 1: Certificate of Attendance (for personal use).

    • Level 2: Practitioner Skills Certificate (demonstrating competency, but not yet a full practitioner qualification).

    • Level 3: Advanced Practitioner Certification (enables professional client practice).

  • Crystals will be provided for learning and practice during the workshops. However, you’re welcome to bring your own if you’d like to work with them.

  • Please bring a packed lunch and a notebook.
    Refreshments are provided.

  • Yes. The Practitioner Skills and Advanced Practitioner courses are accredited, giving you recognised training for professional practice.

  • Yes. Level 3 includes post-course mentorship and business templates. You’ll also be part of a supportive community of like-minded practitioners.

  • Most are at Eversley Village Hall, Hook, Hampshire, with some smaller circles and ad-hoc workshops at New Moon Mill, Eversley.
