What to Expect

This water-inspired day retreat is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with the natural rhythm of flow — within yourself and in the world around you. Guided by the energy of water and the New Moon, the day gently unfolds through breath, movement, creativity, and intuitive practices.

❋ Flow of the day

9:00 – 9:30 | Welcome & Intention Setting
Arrive, settle into the space, and be warmly welcomed. We will open the day with grounding practices and intention setting, allowing you to connect with the theme of flow and what you wish to receive from the retreat.

9:30 – 10:15 | Breathwork – The River of Breath
A guided breathwork session inspired by the movement of water. This practice supports relaxation, emotional release, and nervous system regulation. Weather permitting, this session may take place outdoors.

10:15 – 11:00 | Gentle Somatic Movement – Flowing with the Current
A soft, fluid movement session designed to release tension, increase body awareness, and encourage ease and presence. Suitable for all abilities, with invitations rather than expectations.

11:00 – 11:15 | Refreshment Break
Light refreshments and time to rest, reflect, or connect quietly.

11:15 – 12:15 | Creative Therapy – Working with Clay
A grounding and expressive clay modelling session, offering a tactile way to explore emotions, intentions, and inner flow through creativity rather than words.

12:15 – 1:15 | Lunch by the River
Enjoy a relaxed lunch in nature. A selection of healthy, nourishing light foods will be provided, allowing you to stay present and supported throughout the afternoon.

1:15 – 2:15 | Essential Oil Blending – Crafting Your Essence
Create your own personalised essential oil blend, intuitively chosen and aligned with your intentions for flow, renewal, and balance. You’ll take your blend home as a reminder of the day.

2:15 – 3:00 | Angel Card Readings – Messages from the Flow
Gentle intuitive readings offered in small groups or individually, providing insight, reassurance, and guidance to support your journey forward.

3:00 – 3:15 | Refreshment Break
A short pause to hydrate, ground, and integrate.

3:15 – 4:00 | Closing Circle – Integrating the Journey
We close the day in a supportive sharing circle, reflecting on insights and experiences. You’ll be guided to gently integrate the day’s practices and may receive a small parting gift to take the energy of the retreat home with you.

  • Sign up and pay all required fees to reserve your spot. If plans change, you can cancel up to 14 days before the retreat start to receive a 50% refund.

  • After booking, we'll send you a Welcome Packet with everything you need to know—detailed schedules, packing list recommendations, add-ons to consider, and more.

  • We'd recommend booking your transportation to and from the event as soon as possible, to ensure you can arrive without any complications or delays.
